Another BHM Radio Appearance!

I had the pleasure of speaking again with Colorado Ron and "Bubba" DaVinci on BHM Radio this morning. I really enjoyed the time and the conversation we had. You can find the program by clicking on the link below.

If you care to listen, I appreciate it.

Notable Words

On August 23, 1785 THOMAS JEFFERSON, our Founding Father and an avid farmer, stated to John Jay, "Cultivators of the earth are the most valuable citizens. They are the most vigorous, the most independent, the most virtuous, and they are tied to their country and wedded to its liberty and interests by the most lasting bands. As long, therefore, as they can find employment in this line, I would not convert them into mariners, artisans, or anything else."

"Let us not forget that the cultivation of the earth is the most important labor of man. Where tillage begins, other arts will follow. The farmers, therefore, are the founders of civilization." - Daniel Webster

I think our governments will remain virtuous for many centuries, as long as they are chiefly agricultural. - Thomas Jefferson
